Large double room available in my 2 bed + 2 bathroom top floor apartment, 5 minutes walk away from the Walmgate Bar walls. M&S shop 1 minute away, decent chip shop, Dominos, & choice of pubs within 5 minutes walk.

I'm a professional male, looking for a trustworthy, reliable, sociable & (reasonably) tidy flat mate. I enjoy nights in / out alike, good food & bad jokes. I work more than I should do, so I'm not always around, but I'm looking for a flat mate that I get on with when we're both in / feeling sociable, rather than someone that's *always* in their room. I have a broad taste in music / movies, & much prefer movies / TV shows like Big Bang Theory & Game Of Thrones over reality stuff like Come Dine With Me.

Large double bedroom with Black Leather effect double bed with under drawer storage, quadruple wardrobe, desk & large Velux window (blackout blind) with views across the city. Free parking visible from the apartment windows. 52” Sony HD TV with Sky Q mini box. I use the en-suite in my room, so the main bathroom is 99% yours.
