I have a discounted spare double room to rent which is becoming available at the end or March in a very nice, fully furnished, freshly refurbished, professional semi-detached house share in Fulford, York - currently rented out to four young, easy going, approachable professionals (two female, two male at present).

I have tried to include pictures of the room from all angles in the advert above (there will also be a desk and a white corner desk and chair supplied if required with the room).

All bills are included (council tax, electric, gas and water, high speed broadband, Sky TV, TV license etc). There is also a fortnightly cleaner, off street parking, a large garage for bike storage, patio area for BBQs, brand new communal plasma TV, new carpets and flooring/furniture and soft furnishings throughout and each room comes supplied with new bed, bedroom furniture and a large mirror.

The location is great for anyone who works in York, the Designer Outlet, Selby, Leeds or surrounding areas as is a 2 minute drive to the A64/A19, and is a short walk into Fulford Village, and to the main park and ride and other bus routes into town and the Designer Outlet, with buses running every 10 minutes.

The other professionals in the house are very pleasant and looking for a tidy, sociable person to join their home, and I am looking for someone who will pay the rent on time and treat the house like their home :)

The available room is spacious, well decorated, furnished, and discounted at £449 per month (usually £525) and £200 for a deposit.
