We have a good size double bedroom to rent. The property is much bigger than it looks from the front as the extension is down the side of the property.

We have been renting rooms for over 10 years now and everyone who stayed has only left because they are moving away from York. But have told us they have enjoyed their stay. We hope you will too 🙂

The room is 13 ft x 10ft It's available now at £570 This includes all bills.
We are on the outskirts of York near the Grimston Bar roundabout, York University & York sports village with a local bus service every 30 mins to the university, town centre and Train station. We are 5 minutes to the local park & ride. close to A64 & 1079

The property extends over 50 feet to the rear. There is a big family sized bathroom .(shared with 1 other person) spacious kitchen dinner (We provide cupboard space in the kitchen and also provide cutlery & crockery for anyone who doesn't have their own) There is lots of space in the garden to the side and rear including seating area under the pergola.
There is off street parking (designated space) and it is in a very secure location.

The village has shops, Garage, Doctors, Dentist, 2 Hair dressers, Beauty salon, bakery, cafe, pub and a sports club.

We enjoy having people living in our home and like to make it as homely. We like to live with clean & tidy people but a home that is also lived in.

We have a very friendly cat who is very quiet and doesn't go in any room that he's not invited in to.
