House is in the sleepy village of Astcote just about 2 miles to Towcester so would suit someone who drives. Looking to let for the long-term but willing to consider shorter lets to see if suitable. Available for viewings from afternoon of Sunday 27th October.

I would want you to feel like it was your home too and therefore would look after it in that manner You would just be sharing with myself for 5 nights a week but my 4yr old son and his Mum stay over 2 nghts a week {Mon & Weds)., Flatmate will have access to the whole house which includes:

#Living Room (with Real Fireplace, 42" tv with full Sky #Sports, BT Sports, Entertainment pack, Netflix etc)
#Utility Room with Washer Dryer
#Kitchen with (fully fitted and equipped kitchen with Dishwasher and a breakfast bar with 2 stools) Sky Q on a 32" TV
# Small Paved Garden (Barbecue in situ).

FIRST FLOOR
# Bedroom 2 is the room for rent and is a double bedroom. Double double bed with Silentnight memory foam mattress Has a new wardrobe and a chest of drawers, other furniture can be provided.
# Bath with over bath power shower

2ND FLOOR (ATTIC CONVERSION) (Access for guests by agreement)
# 3RD BEDROOM currently used as a guest bedroom and for additional storage.

GENERAL
Great wifi throughout property and use of Sky Q, Netflix anywhere in the property on your own tablet/phone as well as main TVs.
Central heating throughout.
Parking is on Road only but as a quiet village is not an issue except during nearby church service on Sunday mornings. Will consider getting in a cleaner once a fortnight.

About me: I am 48 and work in Finance. I work full time in Milton Keynes. I enjoy cooking (making bread, experimenting with new flavours etc), watching sports and more recently attempting to get Fit.

I like to have a home that is tidy and clean without being obsessive about it. I would consider myself pretty laid back. Happy to discuss getting in a cleaner and sharing costs.
