Monday to Friday; would suit a responsible, mature professional (non-smoker, clean and tidy) in full-time work; teacher, engineer or similar professional preferred, who will be in the area for some time. No couples, please.
Lodger will have use of own bathroom (bath and shower mixer tap) as well as kitchen (full range of washing and cooking amenities) and living room area. On-street parking available. Bed is single fold-out double. WiFi and bills included.
Walking distance from local community shop, plus pleasant walking routes in nearby fields. 5 minutes from Brackley and 20 minutes from Buckingham and Bicester. In reach of Kings Sutton rail station.
