I have available a large Double ensuite room to rent. Preferably for a long term tennant. The room has recently been renovated to a good standard with new carpet a brand new ensuite shower room with toilet and new furniture.
The room is light and Clean.
The potential tennent shoud like dogs as there are two that currently live in the house.
I would consider another dog if it was exceptionally well behaved and probably a spade Girl Dog.
There is plenty of parking at the property and shops within a 5 minute walk or the bus stop if that is what is required.
There is good internet and the room has a small work station.
The Council tax is band A ( It says I have to put this)
