Each room has its own free view TV connection and can receive fast wireless broadband wifi at 100mb.

The kitchen has a washer/dryer, fridge, separate freezer and plenty of cupboard space for each tenant.

There is a large shared modern family bathroom with bath and shower, sink and toilet and a separate toilet too.

All bills including gas, electric, water, council tax and 100mg wifi are included. £150 returnable deposit and rent paid monthly in advance.

(£12pm tv license has to be paid direct to tv licensing by each tenant, my license only covers communal areas.)
