The room is £600 ono per month inclusive of bills.
The room is a good size consists of a double bed, 2x built in double door wardrobe, a large chest of drawers and 2x bedside table with lamp. The room has an en-suite including toilet, wash basin and shower.
The communal areas include:
A large living area with large TV and plenty of seating.
Dining room.
Study/office if you ever need to work from home.
Good sized kitchen with plenty of fridge and freezer space and dishwasher.
Utility room with washing machine and additional sink.
Downstairs toilet.
We have a good sized garden which is great for BBQs in the summer.
There is also off-road parking at the front of the house.
We are currently a house of 4 young professionals.
