Mainly sharing with one professional man, 20s. Landlady also around occasionally.
Happy to do Mon-Fri or all-week lets. Short-term lets also considered.
There is a shared living room / dining room and a kitchen with a washing machine, plus a covered area to dry clothes and a tumble drier.
There is parking in the cul de sac but if you want to park in front of the house this may be possible.
Please note there are dogs in the house occasionally. Also please note that, although for some reason SpareRoom says no references are required, I will in fact require a reference as well as a deposit. Thanks!
