I have a semi detached 3 bed house in a nice village. Please note that I do not offer full week rental and as such the room is only available to professionals working away from home. The rate is £25 per night on a Monday to Friday basis but with a minimum of three nights per week.
Housemates have use of all amenities including broadband (100 mgb). Although I don't have a driveway there is no issue with parking as most of my neighbours have driveways.
The house is less than 10 miles to Northampton town centre and nearby rail links. About 20 minutes drive from Brixworth. 10 minutes from Wellingborough train station. There are regular buses though the village for those who don't drive.
I am friendly and sociable and get on with most people. I work quite late and often hit the gym afterwards so there is plenty of scope to get washing done, dinner prepared etc without any scheduling.
