We have available a fully furnished large double bedroom in a family home. Your bedroom will include a TV, internet access and Amazon Fire Stick for no extra cost.
It will be shared facilities i. e Kitchen, Bathroom and Living room. Amenities include a washing machine, cooker, microwave and sufficient storage in the kitchen for food. You'll also have access to a shared dining room to eat your meals. Very clean and tidy house.
5 Minutes walk to the town centre, local shops 2 minutes away, bus stop across the road, local canal routes 5 minutes walk also we have a very large recreational park opposite.
We do have two small but friendly dogs at the property, and we have our Grandchildren some weekends. £100 per week and a deposit of £100 also.
All bills and broadband included.
