- No parties or overnight guests (due to elderly neighbors ; exceptions can discussed prior)
- House operates a clean as you go or after use (so that communal areas are tidy for all)

Preferably 1 month rent and 1 month deposit (held securely - released upon end of tenancy - if full deposit is not feasible; we can discuss prior) is required.

Would also need a proof of current address and proof of employment/means of rent payment and a proof of ID/Passport.
