House Rules/Policies (we are easy going but as a general guideline)
- No pets
- No smoking (inside the house)
- No parties or overnight guests (due to elderly neighbors ; exceptions can discussed prior)
- House operates a clean after use (so that communal areas are tidy for all)

Prefer 1 month rent and 1 month deposit (held securely - released upon end of tenancy - if full deposit is not feasible; we can discuss prior)

Couples are welcome to inquire, the rent is subject to change for 2 people (instead of 1)
