Standard double room. Bed with wardrobe and draws.

Private separate bathroom, only to share, if we have family to stay.

Shared use of new recently fitted kitchen. Use of washing machine, tumble dryer etc.. Private lounge, compromising of two seater settee and two armchairs with TV, use of SKY and wi fi. Use of garden and patio.

House is situated at the end of private drive, with two other properties. Off road parking. House backs on to playing field and pocket park. Village pub, five mins walk. Good bus service both end of the village.

This is a very quiet area and house, we are both very friendly, and would make you feel at home straight away.

We would like professional, non smokers, who are very clean and tidy, and be responsible for cleaning their own living space, and bathroom, and be respectful of our property.

We have a cat called Alfie, who is 7 years old..
