A small but comfortable self contained en-suite annex with a kitchenette area. The annex has its own entrance to the property behind secure electronic gates. The annex has excellent broadband and WiFi, smart TV included kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle, crockery & cutlery. The en-suite has a high powered electric shower. There is a double bed with new mattress, bed linen and towels included and washing / cleaning once a week. There is wing chair and bedside cabinets and a storage chest / cabinet. Electric heating throughout and all bills are included. This will suit a professional Gentleman for a Monday to Friday let or even a Sunday to Thursday agreement. My partner and I live on site in a separate dwelling so you would only see us when we are parking our cars etc. We are located in the middle of the Market Town and only yards away from restaurants, takeaways, pubs and the local Coop. Rushden Lakes in. 5 minute drive away and we are ideally located for the M1, A1, A14.. Northampton, Bedford and Kettering are no more than 30 minutes by car and Wellingborough train station is 10 minutes drive. away.
