Available from 2022. Bills are all included and parking is available on site. The flat is shared with myself and connected next door to a family home.

I have a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and a filtered water system for drinking water in the apartment.

Smoking is
Not allowed inside but there is a covered smoking area available just outside the apartment if required.

I don’t eat pork and would prefer to have a lodger who doesn’t cook pork inside the flat. I also don’t allow alcohol inside the flat.

I’m easy going and looking for a clean and tidy person and a female lodger is preferred.
