Single bedroom is available to rent immediately in an immaculately kept ex show-home town house.

The property benefits from a cosy lounge dinner, large spacious kitchen and a separate utility room.

I am located within walkable distance to the town, supermarket, hospital and rail service (about 1.9 miles)

There are bus routes at the top of the road (Rockingham road) to Corby, Peterborough, Kettering, Wellingborough, Northampton and Milton Keynes.

I am looking to rent a top floor single bedroom with day Bed, TV bracket, bedside draw, deluxe mattress and mirrored wardrobe.
It is essential the new occupant is working standard working hours, a prompt payer by regular standing order, respectful, polite, clean and tidy. Their routine must be conducive to the others.

I will hold out for the perfect Tenant for the home. The house feeling like a comfortable home is of paramount importance.

A bit about the house

The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and basin that is shared with 1 other. He is a reserved natured man, who regularly cleans and is very respectful.


Between 22:30 - 07:30 Where possible I like to limit the use of the utility room to respect people's sleep.


Although I arrange regular maintenance of the home it is each tenants responsibility to leave shared areas clean and tidy as they were found so that each tenant enjoys a consistently clean and tidy home and no one inconveniences other home users.

The kitchen should be avoided between 22:30 - 07:30 or when I in the room below is asleep (usually 22:30 - 07:30) so that I’m not awoken by use of it.

Water, gas, electricity, council tax, fibre broadband (subject to their fair use policy) are included in the monthly rent.

One months notice is required on either part.

Viewing and an informal interview/chat will be required to ensure the arrangement suits.

After viewing to accept and hold the room for up to a month a £100 none refundable deposit is required, although should you move in within that time it will be offset against the £200 deposit requested on the day you move in.

I the owner will personally accommodate viewings, If you're interested I can generally accommodate viewings weekend mornings so I can still enjoy my weekend without being anchored home.
