Hi All, hope you're well. Current lodger has found himself a new job, so we will sadly be saying goodbye at the end of March. Therefore there is the following double room available.

- Price £300pcm, all bills included. £150 deposit kept with a deposit protection scheme.

- It's a fully furnished double room with a TV wall bracket already fitted too should you want it.
- Bathroom is downstairs.
- PC / work desk with chair also provided.
- The property is terraced with 3 bedrooms, you will house-share with two of us.
- You will be able to park on the drive way.
- Internet is Virgin ultrafast broadband 200mbps.
- It has a communal area / living room and garden.

You will live with two of us, My name is Michael, 28, and I am a teacher. The other house mate is a supervisor in his young 20s. For us it's lights out and quiet from 10pm on week days as we are very busy, but more active on weekends once COVID allows. This is suitable for anybody with a busy working week.

The contract is 6 months, with 30 day notice period should you want to finish early, to help support any flexibility required.
