Large and modern double room in Kettering

This is a very comfortable, large and modern double bedroom with a desk and a whole wall of built-in cupboard and wardrobe space. There are high/vaulted ceilings providing a sense of space. I just had the carpet professionally cleaned and the room has been redecorated. The double bed has a new high quality and very comfortable mattress.

I have a cleaner who comes in once per week and the shared areas of the house will always be clean and tidy.

The house is a bungalow set back from the road in an unusually private and quiet location but still within walking distance to the center of Kettering. Off road parking is available.

My previous room renter was with me for about 10 years and he recently moved out as he had managed to save up enough money over the years to put a deposit on his own house. It was a success because we were both very considerate people. Looking to repeat that success story with a new housemate if possible.

As for myself, I'm a mature, good natured, well educated and professionally employed male.
