Large double bedroom in Victorian Terrace

The property is right in the centre of Kettering and about 3 minutes walk to the main bus stop on Newland Street.

The bathroom is shared but is on the same floor, just across the landing from the bedroom. My bedroom is upstairs on the third floor.

There is a small garden with patio, lawn and BBQ, feel free to use any of these, although, it is a bit of a work in progress!

The kitchen has fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine and dryer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine.

There's a separate dining room which I don't use very much.

The living room has a TV (Freeview and Amazon Prime only , sorry!), DVD player, Open fire, underfloor heating and a non working Record player. Plus Fibre optic wifi.

The bedroom that's available has an open fire (not usable), high ceiling, two windows, double bed, wardrobe, draws and Ikea shelving.

As for me, I work full time in Kettering, I'm a Financial Analyst and i currently walk to work in Kettering town centre.
