Rent includes: All bills, cleaning of communal areas & superfast 160mb WIFI broadband.
There is a main bathroom with electric shower, sink, toilet (shared with 2 other tenants) and there is a separate cloakroom on the ground floor.
The kitchen is fitted with a double electric double oven (upgraded end of 2017), gas hob, sink/drainer and plenty of cupboard space. There are two large Fridge Freezers and a washing machine in a utility room. The living area is in the open plan kitchen diner. The central heating system is fitted with a state of the art thermostat designed to keep the house a comfortable temperature day & night & can be "boosted" at the touch of a button for those colder days.
Outside is patio with seating area and washing line. Then orchard to the rear. Smoking ok but only outside. is approx 10 minutes walk to the town centre. A working person who is considerate, clean & tidy is a must to fit in here.
