Studio Room To Rent *Female Only Or Couple*

**Room is currently occupied till end of June but viewing still available**

I'm looking for female tenants preferably or couples for an extra £125 a month. Tenants must be clean and tidy and happy to live independently. All bills included except the council tax difference, unless exempt (£30 per month- to be confirmed!).
This is a fully self- contained studio room available in Whitehills, 1 mile away from Kingsthorpe front and 3 miles from the town centre.

The room itself is large and furnished with en-suite and own entrance. It is situated on the ground floor and blocked off from the main house. It comprises of a its own fitted kitchen including brand new washing machine/fridge/freezer/ oven/ hob/ extractor/ kettle/ toaster/ pots and pans.

There is a small living space,  with a sofa, TV with ultra speed broadband and chromecast.
There is a fold up table and chairs, wardrobe and a drawer/ dresser.

The sleeping area is a fantastic, elevated mezzanine bed which hosts a king size mattress, topper and protector (fully steam cleaned between tenants). It had a safe stairs which meets standards. There is an option for a TV to be installed on the wall if desired!

The house that the room is attached to, is lived in by a professional and her 2 children,  who spend some evenings and weekends with their father.

There is parking at the front of the house.
