Room (Yours)

Large king sized bedroom on the 2nd floor of the house with shower room, toilet and sink. We will provide a king sized bed, day bed with storage, TV, TV stand, foot rest with storage, chest of drawers and bedside table. You will also have access to our garage gym.

Fortnightly cleaner, WiFi and all bills included for £675 pcm. You will need to provide your own bedding.

A deposit of £300 up front will be required to secure the room.

We have two children a 5 year old and 3 year old. They both go to bed by 7pm and sleep on the opposite side of the house and floor below to the available bedroom with white noise playing so no need to worry about disturbing them or vice versa.

The room is available as our current lodger is moving to their own place, after being with us for nearly 2.5 years.
We would like it to be a nice home for everyone to come back to. So we are looking for someone who will clean up after themselves.

Located by Pineham and Swan Valley industrial parks and 1 minute drive from the M1. The house benefits from a wealth of nearby amenities including a coop and coffee shop within a 1 min walk.

Restaurants, a cinema, a number of supermarkets, x2 gyms and a host of other high street retailers within a couple of minutes drive.

Set in a beautiful location over looking Nene Valley and Upton country park which have lovely walks in the fields, around fishing lakes and along the canal. With only a 10 minute drive to the train station and town centre with good access to bus routes.

There is also plenty of on street parking available that is only shared with one other property (please see last photo).
