Large Double Room available to rent in central Northampton.

Located just 10/15 min walk north of town centre, next to racecourse park.

15/20 min walk to train station and only 5 mins walk from new supermarket so a really convenient location.

I own and live in the property myself, my brother stays 2/3 nights a week in the 3rd bedroom as he works in Northampton but lives elsewhere the rest of the week. By no means a clean freak but not a pig either, only expect the same :).
I work during the week (office job). I'm just a normal 34 yr old guy really, I happen to be gay but it's not a big deal to me and if it is to you then this isn't the place for you! Just being upfront.

Ideally suiting a professional individual (mon-fri, although full time considered). Ideally no pets although again will be considered (absolutely no cats though I'm afraid!). Definitely no smokers I'm afraid. No preference on age, gender.

All bills included. Broadband provided. Room includes TV (Freeview) and furnishings.

House has 1 communal bathroom, toliet, kitchen, living room. Garden area with patio/decking also. On street parking available (no permit required).
