A short drive to the town Centre or can be walked in 20 mins, there is also the big Tesco at Mereway which is a five minute walk and local shops and doctors are three minutes walk. We are served by quite a few bus routes into town and other parts of Northampton and it is a five minute drive to Brackmills

The house is kept clean and tidy and has a lounge, dining room, kitchen with your own cupboard space, fridge shelf and a freezer drawer, conservatory and three bedrooms. Two bathrooms - one with a power shower and one with a bath. Utility area has fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Virgin TV in the conservatory and free-view in the Lounge. Free Fast Wi-Fi throughout. Their is off road parking on a driveway plus a lockable bike /scooter store. Use of whole house and lovely garden please note; house and garden will be shared by myself Andrew and my wife Kathy.

About us: We are a professional couple, easy going and like to have a laugh. We like to go the cinema, eating out and going to the pub, we also enjoy listening to music or watching films and having a drink at home. Have dinner parties and BBQ's occasionally. We do have a timid cat who will probably shy away from you.
