Large Room In Beautiful House - Mon 2 Fri

We are in a lovely area of Northampton called Dallington, Holyrood Road, Nn5 7ah, it’s a lovely big Victorian town house.

We have 3 girls staying here at the moment but Kasia who has been with us for 4 years has just got a new job so is leaving towards the end of September..

We are only 8 min walk from the train station.
15 min walk to town centre and 7 min drive to either J15 or J16 or the M1
We’re also close to a nice, gyms, cineworld, short drive to large woods and plenty of shopping options from Waitrose to Lidl...

I don’t normally advertise the room as I prefer to cherry pic through the listings when we do have a space as we’re after a certain type of female to fit in nicely with the house dynamic, but thought I’d see how it goes..

We’re looking for a quiet respectful lady but still very social, someone who likes their own space and time and who’s loud music and party days are behind them, age is not important (we have a 23 yr beauty tech and a mon-fri lady in her 30’s who travels from further north).

The room is very large and there is a shared kitchen where we do all our passing chat conversations, theres a bespoke shower room. The house has a very large garden. We have a cleaner for all the communal area who comes weekly.

Would consider someone with a small pet depending on what it was.
