This is a very nice house. It is an end of terrace house located in a quiet road in the Spinney Hill area of Northampton. There are good shops and several bus routes nearby. Parking is available in front of the house and on the street. There is a nice patio area and garden at the rear of the property. I am a single man and currently live in the property with another male lodger. I have made a lot of improvements to the house and it is warm and comfortable.
