Hi, I’m looking for a new lodger to share my Penthouse flat which is In central Northampton. The new University campus, Derngate theatre, Vue Cinema and shops are all within walking distance.
The Lightbox building is an impressive conversion of a former shoe factory. The Penthouse sits on top and is set out on two floors. It has both front and rear balconies with exceptional views.

Sharing with a middle aged male, I’m very easy going, I work in a local school. I don’t mind a male of female lodger but sorry no youngsters, the only party’s I have are dinner party’s so someone preferably in their forties, an academic, a teacher, mature student, business person!!!
The property is currently being redecorated and the room will be available from end of January. This is a Monday to Friday let, which is reflected in the asking rent, I may be open to negotiation about some weekend use. For a Viewing just call .
