We have our master bedroom for rent, in St James. We are 2 friendly, relaxed women who work. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, we prefer the quiet life these days but still love to socialise. Our garden is BIG, I am a little green fingered and we like to have social BBQs with friends and family etc. We like to keep a clean house and would expect the new housemate to pitch in to help around the house. The house is no smoking but smoking outside is fine (we do).
Must be: open minded, able to pay rent on time, honest, clean and friendly. Not bothered about age, gender, nationality (as long as we can communicate) or any of that as long as you're a decent human.
