You must be a clean, tidy, quiet individual who will respect the house.
The room has a double bed, bedside table, large chest of drawers and large wardrobe. You will have exclusive use of your own private bathroom on the same floor level with roll top bath and separate shower unit. You are welcome to use the communal lounge and kitchen facilities. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer only shared between 2 and a dishwasher so no fighting about who hasn't washed up! There is a separate utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Only sharing with one female lodger who is a doctor at NGH.
