Please note that this is a fully furnished self contained apartment set within a Victorian property which is purely let out to female medical professionals working at the local hospitals. Therefore the preference is for the new tenant to also be a female medical professional. It is also not for couples.

The apartment is quite unique in that it is fully furnished, self contained, and all bills are included. It also has access to all of the other communal areas within the larger property.

It is a top floor apartment with a bespoke kitchenette consisting of a sink, draining board, worktop, fridge with freezer compartment, hood with extractor fan, combination built in microwave with microwave oven, grill and convection oven, two hotplates, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery and utensils. The en suite has a shower, wash basin, mirror integrated within the wall tiles, WC and heated towel rail. The living area is equipped with a drop leaf dining table & chairs, workstation & study chair, storage unit, small double bed, wardrobe and mirror. A new mattress will be provided for the new tenant.

The other communal areas within the building consist of a large living/dining area, kitchen, cellar, two further bathrooms and a private rear garden laid to patio and decking. The Tenant also has access to these additional communal areas.

The weekly rent of £150. oo (the equivalent to £650. oo per calendar month) includes gas, electric, water, council tax and wireless broadband.
