I am a live-in landlord, and would like to share with another professional, or post-graduate student, who is quiet, tidy and easy to get on with. The room is available for single occupancy only, and for someone aged 25+. What I can offer:

Off road parking. 2 cars can be parked easily, 3 at a push.

House has new flooring throughout, and has been recently redecorated
Shared bathroom (house has 2 toilets)
House is near the M1, railway station and centre of Northampton
Use of nicely maintained garden
Utility room, with washing machine and fridge freezer

Rent includes all bills

I have two cats, so it is important that any tenant likes cats, and is comfortable being around them.

I use a full tenant ID and credit referencing service. The prospective tenant will be asked to contribute £39.00 towards the cost of this check (half the actual cost).

One month's rent as deposit, and one month's rent in advance, will also be required.
