My house is situated on a quiet cul de sac and has a double drive, and is only a stones throw from the local shop and park. Sixfields is 5 minutes up the road and town centre is less than 10 minutes drive away, and junction 15a for the M1 is 5 minutes away. The A45 is also 2 minutes drive away, the main road through Northampton.
The rent is inclusive of all bills, including fast fibre optic broadband. The room is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, drawers and TV with dvd player, and a fire stick for housemates personal use. It also includes a parking space on the drive.
I would like someone who I can live alongside with, I am sociable but also like a quiet life. My house has a cozy, relaxed environment and suitable for someone looking for somewhere comfortable and homely. I also am a film and tv series enthusiast, and love fitness and do home workouts regularly.
