I live in a three-storey four bed detached property and have a double bedroom on the top floor available to rent.
I am initially looking for a short-term arrangement, but depending on circumstances, there is potential for this to change.
The room available is a large double, and comes furnished and ready to move in. Bills are included, and I have fibre-optic broadband which would be included too.
The occupant would have sole use of a toilet/shower room situated next to the room on the top floor.
I live with my two children who are with me half of the time, and the occupant must be respectful of that.
I do also have a cat, who is playful and friendly!
