Silverstone looking for a lodger

Spacious kitchen to make your meals

A room has just become available for September move in. House is located in Silverstone
Village, very convenient for the track. Quiet location except on race or testing days, when you can hear the roar of the engines from the track.
Room has a single bed, desk, fitted wardrobe. You will have access to your room, bathroom, dining room, kitchen and garden.
The lounge is for my private use. There is plenty of on road parking.
The house is a 5 minutes drive and a 25 minutes walk from Silverstone track.

WiFi and washing machine (provide your own washing powder) will be available. Bills inclusive but you will need to buy your own food and toiletries.

Tidy as you go
Room is for single occupancy only. I don't mind the occasional friend or family visit, but prior notice is needed.
Most importantly I am looking for a considerate and tidy person. The area is very quiet with good neighbors, so it is important that is maintained.
