All bills are included in rent apart from TV licence and channels but we can come to a suitable arrangement. Council tax Band C also included in rent.

House is situated in Upton which has excellent facilities close by including country park and walks, local shop, fast food and sit in restaurants, bike riding trail, cinema and bowling, go-karting, gyms and swimming, choice of supermarkets, beauty parlours, football and the famous Saints Rugby ground all within walking distance.

Private parking available and a regular bus service including park and ride.

M1 is close by and town centre is less than 15 minute drive. Would suit professional. U/C also considered.

I am looking for a clean and tidy individual preferably older female to share house with professional mother (me) and my adult daughter. I have a Yorkshire Terrier who would prefer to remain top dog so sorry no pets.
