Double room with a view

This spacious loft room comes with a double bed, dressing area, original oak beams and a fantastic view across the cottage garden and countryside beyond. You will have your own en-suite shower and toilet and access to a mezzanine area. On the top floor of a family home you will have the top floor to yourself most of the time, so it will be lovely and quiet. You will share the home with me and my 19 yr old and 22 yr old daughters. I work from home as and so there may be clients coming and going on the lower floors 1-2 times a week mainly during the day. The house has an ultra-fast broadband connection. I am looking for either a uni/college student or a professional female that is easy going and cleans up after themselves.. The kitchen will be shared. It’s a large farmhouse style kitchen. The village has a regular bus service to Rugby and Northampton and its only 3 miles (8 mins drives) from Long Buckby train station with regular trains to London Euston and Birmingham.
