Double room in lovely house

I have a double room to rent in Wollaston in a 3 bedroom house. I only stay at home a couple of nights per week. The house has a lovely garden with pond, large living room and a kitchen and dining room. I’m a very tidy person and the house is kept tidy so am looking for someone similar to this. I work full time, go to the gym a few times a week and enjoy going out for meals with my friends. The room is a medium sized double room with a huge wardrobe and very comfortable double bed. You’d have full access to the rest of the house (except the 2 other bedrooms) and you’d be in the house on your own most of the time. The room is £700 per month with a £300 deposit. There’s room for 2 cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking, the neighbours are lovely and I have a garage for storage. Wollaston is a large village with fairly big coop, a cage, churches, pubs, hairdressers, park, playing fields etc and is a lovely place to live.
