I'm Jack, 28 year old teacher. I've owned the house since it was first built in Jan 2016. Current housemate is moving out early December so I’ll be looking to have a new tenant from January 2019. My girlfriend and I live in the house together but we are very happy having a tenant in with us. We enjoy having someone else around as well. We are both teachers so are busy with work and are also very sociable. We also have a 3 year old cavapoo dog called Milo. My parents also have a 7 year old cocker spaniel who stays over occasionally. They are both very well trained and affectionate so are very easy to live with. So you’ll have to like dogs if you’re wanting to move in 👍😁.
