We are a couple who are quite energetic and liberal in our attitudes. We have travelled quite a lot and enjoy adventure/meeting new people. We have three dogs, two children at university and enjoy climbing, walking, hiking, going to gigs, nature watching and eating interesting foods. We love languages, the natural world, music and reading. We have an enclosed garden with flowers for pollinators, we grow vegetables and enjoy relaxing in the garden in spring/summer. We live in a quiet village with a co-op, lots of rural walks nearby and are under three miles from the coast. There are good public transport networks to Morpeth and Newcastle. If you drive, there is free parking available. We both work full-time and are looking for somebody who thinks they might fit in with us.
The house has a garage for storage, two fridge-freezers, access to the internet, bicycles and camping equipment and a shared bathroom/shower/toilet. There is a washing machine and heating is included in the rent unless you use the tumble drier. We have a hob/double oven/microwave and plenty of room for storage. We have a TV in a shared living room, access to netflix/iplayer etc and there is a piano and guitars available for use.
