Double bedroom in Arnold

Hey,

I have a double bedroom available in an end terrace property in Arnold. Whilst it's a three bedroom house, there will only be the two of us. The house comprises of a lounge, dining room, galley kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Upstairs are the two main bedrooms then a single bedroom that can be used for guests and laundry. The double bedroom has a built-in clothes cupboard. There is a small yard to the rear.

All bills included. Smoking allowed in the back patio only.

The house is a five minute walk from Arnold's high street and Sainsbury's. The bus stops for the 58 and 89 are only five minutes away, with bus stops for all the other major bus routes within a ten minute walk. There is on-street parking with the potential of off-road parking at a local business (you'd need to speak with the owner about this).

I work at a local school and live a very active life. I enjoy cooking, socialising with friends and then chilling on an evening in front of the TV. I am looking for someone who is quiet, tidy and respectful.
