Bathroom and kitchen are recently decorated. Appliances etc all shared. Communal areas cleaned every fortnight.
TV with virgin media in the living room along with a couple of sofas - usual stuff. PS4 and switch in there too if anyone wants to thrash me on a game or two!
There is a garden for anyone that smokes. No smoking in the house.
On street parking only but its usually quite easy to park right outside the house.
