The house is located on Lilac Grove in Beeston which is a FANTASTIC location. Within 3 minutes walk you will be at Beeston Train Station where you can get on a train or new tram network and be in Nottingham City Centre in 6 minutes. Even closer if you are someone that works at the QMC in Nottingham. There are also bus stops very close by that will also take you everywhere in Nottingham.

The property is in a quiet and pleasant place with beautiful surroundings. There are plenty of green spaces and local shops nearby. Beeston Town Centre being so close has everything you could need, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, companies and businesses, coffee shops, the list goes on.

The House and Room:

The House has a large communal kitchen/dining/living area which contains all mod cons including a Large American style fridge freezer, 2x Oven/Grills, Microwave, 6 ring hob, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. Also a table and chairs, bar stools in the lounge area with flatscreen TV and plenty of space for everyone. We also include soft furnishings which includes a personal set of towels, duvet & pillows with duvet cover, bedside lamps, curtains/blinds, mirror and cushions etc.
There is a separate ground floor toilet and sink.

Rate:

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price so you only pay one amount. This includes all utilities (gas, electric & water), council tax, unlimited access to high speed broadband (wifi). There is also a CLEANER that will clean all the communal areas once every 2 weeks!!

Housemates:

This is a professional house share so we can therefore only consider working professionals. We are looking for similar like-minded house mates.
