Double Room - Nice house in great location

Hey! I'm looking for a housemate to join me in my 2 bedroom house in Beeston.
The house is nicely kept and has a cosy living room, cute garden and a kitchen and bathroom which are both very spacious.
The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair. There's also a good amount of storage space.
Beeston Centre shops and the big Tesco are just a five minute walk away. Tram and bus links to Nottingham centre are barely 2 minutes' walk and Beeston train station is a 10-15 minute walk. It's a very convenient location!
Parking is on-street, but it's free and there are always spaces available. There is also room for bike storage in the house and the garden shed.

I'm looking for someone who'll be up for enjoying the occasional meal and a laugh together (I do enjoy cooking!) Obviously, you'll want to help me look after the place a bit too, but a house this size doesn't take much work.
