. Currently two people living here, one of which is the landlady. I have one cat and a dog and ducks (in the garden). I work from home as a childminder Monday-Friday 8-5:30. Would be great if you are clean/tidy person. You will also need to be dbs checked, which will be paid for by myself, when you move in because of the childminding children.
