A double bedroom in my home is available for rent on a minimum of a six month basis for £450pcm. The room has been fully re-decorated in the last six months including paint, carpet, aswell as new light switches / plug sockets.

The room is available either furnished as shown in pictures with a double bed + mattress, bedside table and a chest of drawers for no extra cost or unfurnished.

My home is situated in a highly sought after area of Chilwell, Nottingham, just outside of Beeston Town Centre and a five minute walk from Attenborough Nature Reseve. The area is a great hotspot for travel links with bus stops for the Indigo / Skylink, which go directly to the University of Nottingham and Nottingham Town Centre, being situated at the end of the road, aswell as Tram Connections being only a few minutes drive away aswell as the A52 / M1 J25.
