The rooms are available for full time students.

The house is fully furnished with double glazing and gas central heating (modern combi-boiler). Fitted kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave. Modern bathroom with shower cubicle. Shared living room includes dining table, chairs and sofa Broadband internet available and is organised by the tenants.

Large enclosed, partly paved, back garden with shed. On-street parking available at the front of the house.

Convenient for local shops/takeaways on Queens Road and also supermarkets (Tesco and Sainsburys). 15 minutes walk to the University of Nottingham West Entrance and easy access to bus route along Queens Road and to the Middle Street tram stop.

Water is included in the rent; utility bills and internet charges are shared with other tenants and are estimated to be about £75 per month per person.
