I am a mature medical student and healthcare professional looking to rent out one double bedroom (available from 1st July 2023) to female student or professional in a semi-detach house in Beeston.

It is a small household and I’m looking for a female housemate who is friendly, clean, honest and considerate.

The house is fully furnished with good transport links in a new and quiet neighbourhood
- University Boulevard Tram stop - 3 mins walk
- Beeston town - 10 mins walk
- local shops and take away - 3 mins walk
- Highfields park boating lake and University Park campus - 5 mins walk
- numerous bus stops - 2 mins walk (including skylink bus to East Midlands airport)
- Beeston train station - 15 mins walk

The double bedroom is situated on the 1st floor, there is a fully tiled bathroom with a new bath, bath screen and bath tap recently fitted in 2022 which you’ll only need to share with one female housemate, there is also a downstairs WC for everyone to use.

Furnished: Double bed (ottoman storage bed), pocket spring and memory foam mattress, sliding door wardrobe, desk and chair, bedside table

Downstairs: living room, kitchen (LG fridge freezer, Grundig washing machine), toilet

The house has a garden, a garage and a driveway.

The price of the rent is inclusive of utility bills, TV license and unlimited broadband.
