Lovely double room for Rent in Beeston on Park St, available now.

I'm looking for easy-going, non-smoking, clean and tidy professionals or mature/ post graduate students.

The house is on a quiet road in Beeston with on street parking. Its a three story Edwardian semi-detached with a large bay-windowed living room and a huge kitchen diner. There are two bathrooms, fast Virgin wireless broadband and a garden.

The house benefits from central heating, double glazing, a full rewire (4 sockets per bedroom) and has been extensively insulated to keep it lovely and warm. The whole house was re-plastered and redecorated. The garden is a good size and private with an outside shed for bikes.

The room is available now and is £495 per month. It is a large double on the second floor. It is furnished with double bed, desk, chair and large wardrobe. The price includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet and TV license).

The current tenants are four guys ranging from 22 to 44. All are working professionals, they are a lovely bunch.

Beeston High street is a short 9 min walk away as is Chilwell High Street. This is a thriving town centre with shops, pubs and local amenities. There is an Lidl at the end of the Street, which is a couple of minutes walk away, Sainsburies is about a 5 minute walk. The tram stop is a 10 minute walk. The tram takes 5 min to get to Nottingham University, 10 min to get to queens Medical Centre, 20 min to the centre of town, and 30 to Nottingham Trent University.

Beeston train station is a 20 min walk. As it is a 6 min train to Nottingham station one of the tenants uses that to get to work in the city. There are good links to Leicester and London.

By car, the A52 is easy to get on to and the M1 is close by.

By bike, Park Street is part of the cycle network and it is easy to bike on quiet roads and bike paths to Beeston High Street (3 min), the Nottingham University (12 min) and the centre of town (25 min).
