Hi, I am looking for a new flat mate to share a 2 bedroom flat with me in the Chilwell area. The flat is nominally unfurnished, but you would only be required to furnish your own room.
The room comes with its own bathroom, although it is technically not en-suite as it is not connected directly with the room (they are next to each other)
The flat has its own off-street parking, and is directly on the main bus routes between Nottingham and Derby, as well the Skylink bus route to East Midlands Airport.
Attenborough train station is about a 10-15 minute walk.
The quoted rental price excludes the electricity and water bills, but includes broadband and council tax. I have paid the TV license up to July, so would only expect contributions from that point.
